Не проверял силиконовый ли силикон ))) но мягкий и очень похоже на то. + лота в том, что полное описание товара, и мощность и габариты, всё есть. Включал - греет, куда кому использовать это дело каждого, я как обычно )) подогрев фильтров дизельных, уже 4 разных варианта.

хорошая лента, брал 2 метра, ток 10 ампер. поставил на подогрев антифриза через датчики температуры. нагревается быстро, температура 70-80 градусов.из минусов - шла 56 дней в Беларусь.
